How to Fit a Karben Air5 CO2 Cartridge
- Take the hexagon wrench and a new, unused CO2 cartridge of the appropriate size.
- Insert the hexagon wrench into the bottom of the key box and release the metal bottom cover.
- Position the key ball in the hole of the key box. If it does not fit correctly, loosen or tighten the bottom cover using the hexagon wrench as required.
- Unscrew and remove the used CO2 cartridge.
- Make sure the air cushions are completely deflated. Place the jacket face down on a flat surface and gently press each cushion to release any remaining gas. Do not roll or fold the jacket, as this may cause damage.
- Check that the key ball is positioned correctly and that the bottom cover is secure.
- Remove the hexagon wrench from the key box.
- Fit a new, unused Karben CO2 cartridge into the key box. Screw it in securely, taking care not to overt
- You must ensure you use the correct size cannister with your garment: XX Small - Small requires 45g; Small - Medium requires 50g; Large - XX Large requires 63g.
