The Woof Wear Smart Fetlock Boots are striking, professional protective boots which combine Woof Wear's D30® technology with breathable neoprene and an ergonomic, vented double shell. This combination provides your horse with exceptional protection against knocks and brushing injuries while allowing airflow around the fetlock joint to maintain an ambient temperature.
These fetlock boots are made with a 7mm breathable neoprene base with a tough, vented PU shell. Soft lycra binding ensures they are comfortable against the horse's leg. Contrasting mesh panels are designed to prevent grit ingress while offering a smart and technical look to these boots. Recessed stitching ensures strength and durability and the branded elasticated straps with secure billet fastenings allows for flexibility as your horse moves.
The inclusion of D30® technology in the key strike area of this tendon boot enables the shell to be more flexible and therefore more comfortable, without hindering performance while the horse is cantering and jumping. D30® offers "protection on demand" - this patented technology is used to create a soft and flexible shock absorbing barrier, using unique molecular properties. At rest, the molecules flow freely but at the point of impact they lock together, absorbing the impact energy and reducing the force transmitted through to the leg. This reaction is counter-intuitive; the greater the force of the impact, the more the molecules lock together and the greater the level of protection for your horse.
