Airy tight weave fabrics offer a high level of UV filtering, giving the mask an overall 70+% average UV blocking* for extended summer field wear. Aerated woven ears ensure airflow whilst blocking insects and filtering UV. The fringe is helpful in discouraging flies from landing on the delicate nose area. UltraFit refinement utilises fleece bindings at the seams to ensure excellent edge contact with the head, restricting entry of insects under the mask, and guarding against rubs.
