Designed with a sleek matte shell, sculpted frame, crown and peak, it offers a unified, contemporary look accented by the signature centred Karben insignia, a symbol of modern safety and design excellence.
Engineered for comfort, the AIR-XC System combines six external and ten internal vents to maximise airflow. This intelligent ventilation system promotes air exchange, drawing in fresh air while releasing warm moisture to keep the rider’s head cool and dry throughout every ride.
Each Karben helmet is rigorously tested to the latest safety standards and developed with precision to support the rider’s safety and comfort at every stage of performance.

We stock thousands of products in our express warehouse, while others are warehoused externally. As a result, delivery times can vary between products and size/colour options.
If your order contains multiple items, we'll normally dispatch everything together once all items are ready. Please use the longest estimated lead time shown on your order to calculate when it is likely to arrive. If you require part of your order sooner, please contact our customer service team before placing your order to check this is possible. This may incur additional delivery charges.
Please note that selecting a faster delivery service such as DPD or FedEx speeds up the delivery once your order has been dispatched. It does not reduce the product handling or dispatch time shown above.

Free UK Mainland Delivery
We offer FREE Royal Mail economy delivery on eligible UK mainland orders over £60.
*Free delivery is available on qualifying items up to 2kg and 61cm in length. Oversized or heavier products, including items such as muck scoops, rakes and dressage whips, are excluded from this service. Available delivery options will be shown during checkout.
We deliver using trusted couriers including Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, DX and DHL, depending on the size of your order and delivery location.

Returns on Riding Hats
We are happy to accept returns on riding hats and helmets provided they are returned in unused, unworn, perfect resaleable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
As these are safety-critical products, we apply strict return standards to ensure every helmet we sell remains safe and compliant. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
How to Package Your Return
- Always place the helmet inside its original manufacturer's box, where supplied.
- The manufacturer's box must then be placed inside a sturdy outer shipping box with adequate protective packaging (packing peanuts / bubble wrap).
- Use the original packing materials supplied with your order wherever possible.
- If your helmet was not supplied in a manufacturer's box, please return it using the same protective packaging it arrived in.
- Never return a helmet in just a mailing bag or in its manufacturer's box without an outer box.
- Ensure the outer box is large enough to protect the helmet from damage during transit.
Please do not attach tape, labels or postage directly to the helmet or manufacturer's box. Doing so makes the product unsuitable for resale and will incur a non-refundable 15% repackaging charge to cover the cost of replacing the branded packaging.
Returns We Cannot Accept
- Helmets returned in mailing bags.
- Helmets returned without an outer protective box.
- Helmets returned in damaged or undersized packaging.
- Helmets showing signs of use, damage or missing tags.
Any return that does not meet these requirements will be refused and returned to you. If return postage is not paid within 30 days, the helmet will be disposed of.
