Designed with winter riders in mind, this practical mid-thigh riding coat combines waterproof protection, breathability and cosy warmth with the freedom of movement needed around the yard and on horseback.
With a 10,000mm waterproof rating and taped seams, the durable outer helps keep wet weather at bay, while 6000g/m² breathability helps manage moisture for greater comfort when you're active. A Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish encourages rain to bead and run off the fabric rather than saturating the outer layer.
Inside, a warm lining is complemented by luxurious faux fur through the body, neck and inner hood, making the Eltar an ideal choice for cold days at the stables, winter hacks and everyday outdoor wear.
Designed for Horse Riding
The Eltar has been thoughtfully designed to work both in and out of the saddle. A two-way front zip allows the coat to be adjusted from the hem when riding, while the concealed gusseted rear riding vent can be opened to provide additional room and freedom of movement on horseback.
Its roomy fit leaves space for winter layers underneath, making it easy to wear over a base layer, fleece or riding top as temperatures drop.
The removable hood offers further versatility and can be adjusted using elasticated bungees for a more secure fit. Stretch wrist cuffs help keep the sleeves comfortably in place, while a chin guard provides extra protection when the coat is fully zipped.
