Like all models in the innovative PFAS-zero ECO.SERIES by Roeckl Sports, it has been fashioned from ecologically oriented materials, which also earned it the coveted “high recycling ratio” label on top. It consists entirely of Pure Mountain Loden, a natural material manufactured in Germany from GOTS-certified virgin wool of European origin. It is not just efficiently breathable and thermoregulating but also highly durable. The loden is milled, a process that renders it dirt- and water-repellent as well as windproof. Moreover, it gives the glove a fashionable, near-natural look. Reliable grip on the dog leash, lead rope, or any other equipment guaranteed: The palm features robust premium hair sheep nappa leather, rendered water-repellent without the use of chromium, which has been extended all the way to the thumb, index finger, and the top of the wrist, where it serves as a stylistic highlight. This by-product of the food production industry stays supple even in sub-zero temperatures, guaranteeing consistently high wear comfort. Speaking of wear comfort: The recycled Eco lining warms the hands efficiently, and the wide Velcro fastener on the palm helps to make fine adjustments to the fit of the glove. This makes the WINDHAM 2 a TOUCHSCREEN COMPATIBLE allrounder that is as elegant as it is functional and demonstrates its quality not just while taking the dog and horse for a walk in the snow.
