GastroCare contains Antacids that mimic the effects of saliva and protects the stomach lining from acid. Soluble fibres absorb and buffer excess acid and L-Glutamine aids the regeneration of the stomach lining. This can also help with Crib Biters or Wind Suckers.
Horses are natural grazers and if they could, they would spend up to 22 hours a day grazing. Due to this, they continuously create gastric acid and this constant grazing should produce enough salvia to balance this acid.
