EU Withdrawal

Exercise Your EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the European Union (not the United Kingdom) and have purchased goods from Online for Equine, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within the applicable cooling off period.

This page allows you to submit your formal withdrawal notice electronically. Once submitted, we will acknowledge receipt of your request by email and review it in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

When Should I Use This Form?

This form should only be used if you wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal under applicable EU consumer protection legislation.  Please do not use this form if you are based in the United Kingdom - it only applies to customers based in the EU.

If you wish to make a standard return, or if you have received faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, please follow our usual returns process instead.

Withdrawal Notice on a Durable Medium

Submitting this form serves as your formal notice of withdrawal on a durable medium, in accordance with Article 9 of EU Directive 2023/2673.

For the purposes of consumer protection legislation, a durable medium is any instrument that enables information addressed personally to you to be stored, accessed for future reference and reproduced unchanged.

After submitting this form, you will receive an acknowledgement by email. This creates a permanent record of your withdrawal notice, including the date and time it was received.

Important: Receipt Does Not Mean Acceptance

The email acknowledgement confirms only that we have received your withdrawal request.

It does not confirm that your withdrawal is valid, timely or otherwise compliant with applicable legislation. Each request will be reviewed separately, including:

  • whether the withdrawal was submitted within the applicable statutory deadline;
  • whether the order qualifies for the right of withdrawal;
  • whether any exclusions or limitations apply;
  • whether the order details provided are correct; and
  • whether any refund is due under applicable legislation.

What Happens Next?

  1. Complete and submit the withdrawal notice form.
  2. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your request.
  3. Our team will review your request against the applicable legal requirements.
  4. We may contact you if further information is required.
  5. If your withdrawal is valid, we will provide any relevant return instructions and arrange any applicable refund in accordance with current legislation.

Withdrawal Deadline

In most circumstances, a withdrawal notice must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your goods. Returning the goods alone may not constitute a valid withdrawal notice unless the applicable legal requirements are met.

Exclusions May Apply

Your statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods, including items excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details of any relevant exclusions before submitting your request.
