Description
The Neue Schule Turtle Tactio with Flex Pelham has been specifically engineered to accommodate the larger or sensitive tongue, often negating the need to shut the mouth. Its innovative, lightweight and elegant cheek design makes it a popular choice for the show ring. It's been designed to be comfortable for the horse, while promoting a rounder outline and encouraging more freedom through the shoulder.
The Turtle Tactio Pelham is sourced for control and self-carriage; it gives more feel and response compared to a standard Pelham which often results in the horse "fixing" and becoming "wooden" in the contact.
