Leovet Leather Oil

Keep your tack supple, protected and ready for work with Leovet Leather Oil. This high-quality conditioning oil is specially formulated to deeply nourish heavily used leather while leaving a smooth, non-greasy finish. Ideal for saddles, bridles, boots and other leather equipment, it penetrates quickly to restore flexibility and durability.

If you’re looking to build a complete tack care routine, explore the full Leovet collection to discover high-quality leather cleaners, conditioners and treatments designed to clean, nourish and protect saddles, bridles, riding boots and other essential tack.

Deep Nourishment for Hard-Working Leather

Daily riding, weather exposure and regular cleaning can dry out leather over time. Leovet Leather Oil is designed to replenish natural oils and maintain the strength and flexibility of your tack.

The fast-penetrating formula works deep into the fibres of the leather, helping to prevent cracking and stiffness while maintaining a smooth finish. Despite its powerful conditioning properties, the oil absorbs efficiently without leaving a sticky or greasy residue on the surface.

This makes it particularly suitable for leather that sees frequent use, such as bridles, reins, saddles and stirrup leathers.

Natural Ingredients for Gentle Conditioning

Leovet is well known for using carefully selected ingredients, and this leather oil is no exception. The formula combines several natural oils and waxes that work together to condition and protect leather.

Key ingredients include:

  • Beeswax – helps seal in moisture and protect leather fibres

  • Jojoba oil – supports flexibility and prevents drying

  • Coconut oil – deeply nourishes and softens leather

  • Lanolin – helps restore natural suppleness

  • Sunflower oil – conditions and supports durability

Importantly, Leovet Leather Oil is completely petroleum-free, making it a gentler option for maintaining the quality of your leather tack over time.

Quick and Easy Application

Maintaining your tack is simple with Leovet Leather Oil, thanks to its practical integrated brush applicator. The brush allows you to apply the oil evenly and directly to the leather, reducing waste and making it easier to reach stitching, folds and detailed areas.

Benefits of the integrated brush include:

  • Controlled, even application

  • Less product wastage

  • Easier treatment of straps, stitching and narrow areas

  • More economical use of the oil

This makes it a convenient addition to any regular tack cleaning routine.

Perfect After Cleaning with Leovet Leather Soap

For best results, leather should always be cleaned before conditioning. Leovet Leather Oil works particularly well after using Leovet Leather Soap, helping to restore moisture that may be lost during cleaning.

Applying the oil after cleaning helps to:

  • Rehydrate leather fibres

  • Restore softness and flexibility

  • Extend the lifespan of saddlery and tack

  • Maintain a professional, well-cared-for appearance

Handy Yard Tip: Great for Boot Zips

While designed primarily for tack care, Leovet Leather Oil has a useful extra purpose around the yard.

Top tip: Apply a small amount to riding boot zips to help lubricate them and keep them moving smoothly. This can help prevent stiffness and extend the life of your boot zips, especially during wet or muddy seasons.

Ideal For

Leovet Leather Oil is a versatile leather care product suitable for:

  • Saddles and stirrup leathers

  • Bridles, reins and martingales

  • Leather girths and straps

  • Riding boots and leather accessories

  • Heavily used tack that needs deep conditioning

With its natural ingredients, fast absorption and easy application, Leovet Leather Oil is a practical choice for riders who want to keep their leather equipment supple, durable and well maintained.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We want to be crystal clear when it comes to managing your expectations; our website is stock managed to show you what items are available for same day dispatch and those which are externally warehoused and therefore, will take a little longer to arrive with you.

Simply make your product selections and a message will pop up telling you how long it will take us to dispatch your order; we call this our product availability message.  If you are happy with the product availability message on the item, checkout your order and we will ship your order in the timeframe stated.

If you have lots of items in your basket, please use the longest product availability message to work out when your order will arrive.  We care about our environmental impact, so we don't split ship orders unless you get in touch to request that we do so.  We will let you know on your order confirmation when we expect your order will arrive with you.

Whilst we do our best to meet the handling times stated in the product availability message, occasionally we can experience some delays in the delivery network.  At these times, a team member will email you to keep you updated on the progress of your order.

Selecting FedEx or DPD does not change our expected handling times; the service selected is always from the point of despatch not purchase.

If you do require an order urgently, please contact us before ordering to ensure we can accommodate your requirements as we hate to be party poopers!

Which couriers do you use?

Before choosing a courier, please make sure you are happy with the product availability message as these handling times apply before we ship your order.  If it doesn’t show “Express warehouse: immediate despatch”, it will not leave us on the same day you have placed the order.

We use FedEx, DPD and Royal Mail for most of our deliveries.  Some large items may come with other trusted 3rd party couriers.

Our Royal Mail economy service is usually delivered in two - three days.  You will receive a text message and an email confirming the day of delivery; Royal Mail provide a four hour time window for delivery.

FedEx and DPD are delivered next working day from point of despatch for UK mainland addresses or in two working days for Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and Irish addresses.  You will receive a text message and an email confirming the day for delivery.

Selecting FedEx or DPD does not mean your order will bypass our handling times; FedEx and DPD are from the point of despatch, not the point of purchase.

If an item has an "Oversized goods must select FedEx" overlay on it, please ensure you select FedEx as your delivery option to avoid any delays with your order.
