The Rhino® HexStop Plus Pony Turnout 250g with Vari-Layer® Technology is a premium mediumweight turnout rug built for ponies needing reliable protection, durability, and freedom of movement through cold, wet weather. This high-performance rug features an advanced 1000D polypropylene outer with a hexagonal ripstop weave, making it 30% stronger than standard polypropylene fabrics.
Horseware®’s exclusive Barrier Technology ensures long-term waterproofing and breathability—even if the outer layer is damaged—while the Vari-Layer® Thermobonded fibrefill delivers enhanced warmth and heat retention with less weight and bulk. Inside, a 210T polyester lining is smooth, breathable, anti-static, and anti-bacterial, helping to maintain coat condition and comfort.
Designed for freedom and a tailored fit, this rug includes a Surefit Neck, V-Front Closure, dual leg arches, two crossed surcingles, and leg strap compatibility for security. A waterproof tail flap, wipe-clean tail cord, and reflective strips enhance coverage, cleanliness, and visibility in low light.
Supplied with a detachable hood via a secure Velcro sandwich system, this rug is liner compatible for effortless layering with Horseware® liners. Backed by the Rhino® 3-year waterproof and breathability guarantee, this rug is built to last—delivering elite turnout performance you can rely on.
