The Rambo® Optimo Stable Plus Rug (400g Heavy) is the ultimate in comfort and performance for your horse, specially engineered to allow maximum freedom of movement and optimal warmth. Featuring Horseware’s revolutionary Split Technology, this stable rug pivots at the shoulder gusset in all directions—up, down, left, and right—to follow your horse’s natural motion without restriction or shifting.
Made from a highly breathable outer, this heavyweight rug includes 400g of fibrefill insulation for reliable warmth in cold conditions. The adjustable front closure helps prevent rubbing on the neck and chest, while the cushioned wither pad lifts the rug away from pressure points to protect your horse’s mane and sensitive wither area.
Additional features include three straight surcingles for a secure, balanced fit, an extended tail flap for extra coverage, and a wipe-clean tail cord for low-maintenance care. A detachable neck cover adds flexibility and full-body protection on colder days.
