- Therapeutic versatility: The steel ball can be removed. This versatility allows for use in both cryotherapy (cold) and thermotherapy (warm).
- Soothing thermotherapy: Before use, remove the steel ball and soak the ball in warm water. Once heated, it becomes an ideal warm compress to relax the muscles.
- Refreshing cryotherapy: For a revitalizing cool sensation, refrigerate the ball for 1 to 2 hours. The ball can maintain a low temperature for 3 to 6 hours, offering a beneficial physiotherapeutic effect.
