Orion Jockey Skull Helmet Liner
Keep your Orion Jockey Skull comfortable, fresh and secure with the Orion Jockey Skull Helmet Liner. Designed to work with the Orion helmet range, this plush liner is removable, washable and replaceable for easy maintenance and long-lasting comfort.
Offering superior moisture-wicking performance and cushioning, the Orion liner helps maintain a comfortable fit while keeping your helmet feeling fresh between rides. We recommend purchasing two liners so one can be washed while the other is in use.
Available Sizes
All Orion jockey skulls are individually centimetre sized using the Orion helmet liner and the corresponding helmet size best suited to your needs:
- Small: liners available from 53–56cm
- Medium: liners available from 57–59cm
- Large: liners available from 60–62cm
Orion liners are also available in different thicknesses, making them ideal if you are between sizes.

We offer FREE Royal Mail economy delivery on eligible UK mainland orders over £60.
*Free delivery is available on qualifying items up to 2kg and 61cm in length. Oversized or heavier products, including items such as muck scoops, rakes and dressage whips, are excluded from this service. Available delivery options will be shown during checkout.
We deliver using trusted couriers including Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, DX and DHL, depending on the size of your order and delivery location.
