Dr. Larson's Horn-Check Paste 45g is a convenient, easy-to-administer chemical disbudding paste designed to help prevent horn growth in young calves.
Supplied in a precision syringe, the paste can be applied accurately to the horn buds. The specially designed applicator tip allows the paste to penetrate the horn bud and quickly deliver the active ingredients that inhibit bud development.
Using Dr. Larson's Horn-Check Paste can reduce the need for more invasive dehorning methods later, helping to avoid the blood, infection risk and trauma associated with dehorners and saws.

Directions for Use
Apply directly to the horn buttons of calves from 1 to 7 days old, as soon as the horn buttons can be felt.
Dr. Larson's Horn-Check Paste can also be used on calves up to 8 weeks old. Early application is recommended for the best results.
