Description
The Carr & Day & Martin Lavender Liniment is dual purpose, with both heating and cooling effects. This liniment is ideal to use on swellings, aching joints and tight, stiff muscles. It contains arnica and witch hazel to help reduce bruising, while rosemary and spike lavender increase circulation.
Use as a neat rub before exercise to warm up cold, stiff muscles and joints. Alternatively, dilute the Lavender Liniment in hot water for a warm soothing wash, or cold water for a refreshing rinse which cuts through grease and sweat, ideal for after heavy exercise.
