Ideal for milder weather or horses that require extra coverage without the warmth of a filled neck, this neck cover ensures your horse stays dry, comfortable and protected from the elements.
Crafted from the same high-performance materials as the Power Turnout rugs, the outer shell is made from 1680D ballistic nylon, providing exceptional strength and durability. It is fully waterproof (over 5000 mm hydrostatic head) and breathable (over 3000 g/24h/m²), keeping your horse dry while allowing moisture and heat to escape.
The lightweight design features no insulation, making it perfect for transitional seasons or layering with other Bucas products. The Stay-dry fleece lining wicks away moisture, so the neck can be used directly on a wet horse, acting like a cooler to dry the coat quickly. This eliminates the need for multiple rug changes and supports long-lasting comfort. The lining is also anti-bacterial, promoting healthy skin and hygiene.
Inside, a heat-reflective aluminium coating helps retain body heat, while the sun-reflective silver outer prevents overheating in direct sunlight. The secure fastening system makes it easy to attach to any Bucas Power Turnout rug for full-coverage protection.
