The Bucas Freedom Turnout Light High Neck Rug offers lightweight, waterproof protection with the added benefit of extended neck coverage. Designed for use in milder weather, this rug is ideal for spring, summer showers or early autumn days when your horse needs coverage without added warmth.
The integrated high neck design provides extra protection from wind and rain, while reducing pressure over the withers. This makes it especially useful for horses that are sensitive in the shoulder and neck area or for those needing more coverage without moving into a full neck rug.
Built with a 600D rip-stop outer, the rug is both durable and waterproof, with breathable fabric that helps regulate your horse’s temperature and prevent overheating. A silk-feel lining ensures comfort against the coat and helps reduce the risk of rubbing.
As part of the Freedom range, this rug features a slim fit and is designed without shoulder darts, making it best suited to narrower horses or thoroughbred types. For cob-type or broader horses, it is recommended to size up for a more comfortable fit.
