300D polyester PU coated fabric with 170gsm quilt lining. Features a concealed hood and two outer inset pockets with velcro flaps. Full length storm flap, elasticated storm cuffs and two internal pockets, as well as an internal mobile phone pocket. With a heavy duty 2-way zip and anti-wicking strip. Conforms to EN471 Class 3.
