Description
A webbing cribbing collar with aluminium fittings, designed to help manage windsucking and crib-biting by applying gentle pressure to the throat area when the horse arches its neck and tenses the muscles involved in the behaviour. It's not a punishment device: used correctly, it simply makes the action less comfortable to perform.
Cribbing collars work best as part of a wider management approach, since windsucking is usually linked to stress, boredom or gut discomfort. If your horse has started cribbing, it's worth reviewing turnout time, forage access and routine alongside using a collar, and speaking to your vet if the behaviour is new or worsening. Fit should allow normal eating, drinking and breathing, so check regularly and adjust as needed.
Delivery
The estimated dispatch or delivery time for this product is shown above below the "add to cart" button once you have made your size / colour selections. This is the most accurate estimate for this item and is updated based on current stock availability.
We stock thousands of products in our express warehouse, while others are warehoused externally. As a result, delivery times can vary between products and size/colour options.
If your order contains multiple items, we'll normally dispatch everything together once all items are ready. Please use the longest estimated lead time shown on your order to calculate when it is likely to arrive. If you require part of your order sooner, please contact our customer service team before placing your order to check this is possible. This may incur additional delivery charges.
Please note that selecting a faster delivery service such as DPD or FedEx speeds up the delivery once your order has been dispatched. It does not reduce the product handling or dispatch time shown above.
