27mm High-Density Foam for Shock Absorption

At the heart of the Acavallo Zero Impact Pad is a 27mm layer of high-density 90 kg/m³ foam.

Designed to adapt closely to the horse’s individual shape, the foam helps evenly distribute pressure and the rider’s weight across the horse’s back. Its cushioning properties also provide effective shock absorption, helping enhance comfort during ridden work.

Ergonomic Withers-Free Design

The withers-free design has been developed to provide protection while maintaining freedom of movement and minimising unwanted pressure.

Combined with the adaptable foam construction, the ergonomic shape allows the pad to conform comfortably to the horse while providing cushioning and protection beneath the saddle.

Breathable Open-Cell Foam
