The Acavallo Rel-X Easy Stirrups Shaped Arm combine innovative safety technology with lightweight construction, excellent grip and rider comfort. Featuring a distinctive side-opening shaped arm, these Acavallo safety stirrups are designed to facilitate the release of the rider’s foot in any direction in the event of a fall.
Manufactured using an innovative injection moulding process, the Rel-X Easy combines high-tech metal and flexible polymers for greater comfort and reduced rigidity compared with traditional stirrups. Weighing just 418g, they are lightweight yet extremely durable.
Side-Opening Safety System
The external shaped arm incorporates a side-opening mechanism designed to help the rider’s foot release in the event of a fall. A strategically positioned locking and release mechanism helps prevent accidental opening during normal riding.
The arms are also interchangeable and available in a choice of colours, allowing riders to personalise their stirrups.
Grip, Comfort & Stability
The Rel-X Easy features a Grip System footplate to provide secure contact beneath the riding boot. The stainless steel upper section has horizontal holes for additional grip in different riding conditions, while helping to protect against corrosion.
The arms are more rigid towards the base to provide greater stability, while the flexible technical construction helps reduce the overall rigidity associated with traditional stirrup irons.
