Whips

When used correctly and ethically, whips work well as an effective training tool, helping to correct the horse and to back up ridden aids. Shop from a selection of long schooling and dressage whips, jump whips or bats and general riding whips or crops. We would never advocate the use of whips as punishment or as a negative reinforcement training method as they can result in powerful fear associations for the horse and can lower the horse’s motivation to trial a correct response.
