Express Service: For a small additional fee, an express 3-week turnaround is available from the point of order. Ensure this is selected at the point of purchase as this cannot be changed once the order is committed.

These boots are one-off, bespoke items made specifically to your measurements and design choices. As such, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once your order has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or amended, so please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

We stock thousands of products in our express warehouse, while others are warehoused externally. As a result, delivery times can vary between products and size/colour options.
If your order contains multiple items, we'll normally dispatch everything together once all items are ready. If you require part of your order sooner, please contact our customer service team before placing your order to check this is possible. This may incur additional delivery charges.

We offer FREE Royal Mail economy delivery on eligible UK mainland orders over £60.
*Free delivery is available on qualifying items up to 2kg and 61cm in length. Oversized or heavier products, including items such as muck scoops, rakes and dressage whips, are excluded from this service. Available delivery options will be shown during checkout.
We deliver using trusted couriers including Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, DX and DHL, depending on the size of your order and delivery location.
