The Demotec 90 Hoof Repair System provides everything needed to support the treatment of claw injuries in cattle. Designed for professional use, the system includes wooden blocks, fixing agents and an accelerator for creating a strong, reliable bond.

Demotec 90 is supplied as a quick-setting powder and liquid resin. When mixed together using the included beaker and spatula, the components form a workable paste. This paste is used to bond a wooden block to the underside of the sound claw.

By raising the healthy claw, the block helps reduce pressure and weight-bearing on the injured claw, supporting recovery. The included accelerator can reduce curing time by up to 50%, helping treatments to be completed more efficiently.

How to Use Demotec 90

• Clean and prepare the healthy claw.
• Mix the Demotec 90 powder and liquid in the supplied beaker.
• Use the spatula to form the mixture into a workable paste.
• Apply the paste to the wooden block.
• Bond the block securely to the underside of the healthy claw.
• Allow the resin to cure before the animal bears weight.
