Plastic Lambing Aid
The Plastic Lambing Aid is a practical and easy-to-use tool designed to provide valuable assistance during difficult lambing. Lightweight yet tough, it offers additional reach when helping to deliver a lamb, particularly in situations where the lamb's head is positioned back.
Made from durable plastic, the lambing aid features soft plastic twine attachments and a specially shaped fork designed to support the lamb's chin. The loop can be carefully positioned over the lamb's head, helping to secure it while the fork provides support beneath the chin. Once correctly positioned, the aid allows the lamb to be gently drawn forwards to assist with delivery.
Its lightweight and flexible construction makes this lambing aid a useful addition to any lambing kit, helping farmers and sheep keepers prepare for situations where additional assistance may be required.
