UK Delivery

We endeavor that all orders will be processed within 2-3 working days and our FREE economy delivery will take 48 hours to UK mainland so orders are usually received within five working days.  We offer FREE 48 hour delivery for UK mainland orders when you spend over £20.  Mainland destinations are outlined by Zone 1 on the map.  If you live in Zone 2 or 3 we unfortunately cannot offer FREE delivery but we do offer cheaper rates than our competitors.

If you do require an order urgently, please contact us before ordering to ensure we can accomodate your requirements.

However, there may be the odd occasion that due to high demand, adverse weather and other such issues, deliveries may take up to 14 working days. On such occasions, our team will contact you via email or telephone to notify you of any delays applicable to your order.

Large goods such as wheelbarrows and all Classic Showjumps products are sent via a heavy goods courier and these orders can take up to three weeks to arrive; however most orders are received by our customers within 10 working days.  Please contact our sales team if your goods are required urgently as we may be able to organise a quicker turnaround.  These items cannot be shipped outside of UK mainland.

International Delivery

We charge £19.99 for international delivery.  Please proceed with your order and select the option at the checkout.  There is a weight/size limit to this service and Online for Equine reserve the right to cancel orders should this limit be exceeded.

 

**LIQUIDS, AEROSOLS AND GELS**

Due to international air transport security regulations, we are unfortunately unable to deliver liquids, gas canisters, aerosols and gels outside of mainland UK.

 

You want to change your delivery address of time

Should you wish to postpone your delivery or change the delivery address, please notify our team via help@onlineforequine.co.uk and we will notify our courier. If goods have already been dispatched, we will notify the courier on your behalf.

 

If the property is empty when our courier attempts to deliver

Our carefully selected couriers are Royal Mail and Parcelforce; Parcelforce email customers with delivery days to help make deliveries far easier for our customers. If you are not available to take the delivery, you may request an alternative date. Should you require your delivery to be left in a secure location, please state this to our customer care team and they will inform the courier. Please be aware that goods will not be insured if they are left without a signature upon your request.  Our Royal Mail service for smaller items requires a signature; if you wish for your items to be sent without a signature, please specify upon ordering.

 

Failed delivery

Our couriers will attempt to deliver your goods three times. Upon the first attempt, a driver will leave a calling card with details of when the redelivery will take place. If you are unavailable to take delivery on the stated day, it is your responsibility to notify Parcelforce or Royal Mail directly. After three attempts, goods will automatically be returned to the depot where you will have seven days to arrange collection.

Should you arrange to collect the delivery from your local depot, it is your responsibility to collect within a seven day period; after this time frame goods will be returned to Online for Equine Limited and upon receipt the value of your order (minus outgoing postage, packaging and return carriage) will be credited to you. Reimbursement will be sought from the customer should this total exceed the original order value.
