We strongly believe that customer service should be delivered to a high standard regardless of how big or small your query. All of our staff are friendly and eager to solve any problems you may run into throughout your shopping experience. Our staff have outstanding knowledge of the products on offer, whether you need bitting advice or help choosing the right supplement, our team will be able to provide you with the correct information to help you make the right choice.


Our customer service team are here to help you throughout your entire shopping experience from the moment you visit our website, you will be greeted with an abundance of information about the products you require. If you are unsure as to which product would be best for you, our staff are waiting at the end of the phone to answer any further questions.  If you prefer to speak to someone to place your order, please do not hesitate to call.  No problem is too big for our team, so if you really aren’t sure which item is best for you, we can even produce a hand-picked selection of products for you that we believe will best suit your needs.


To make things easier for you when buying online, our staff are also able to take payment over the phone should you struggle with placing the order yourself. Our staff will talk you through the process and confirm the items you have chosen, and the total cost of your order. Simply tell us what you want, then sit back and relax, we will do the rest for you! You will receive email confirmation from us once your order has been raised, then our dedicated team will begin to process your order.


We aim to provide fast, efficient delivery on all orders, however if there’s a problem, we guarantee you won’t be left in the dark about it. We aim to handle all problems within a 24 hour period, meaning as soon as we are aware of any form of delay or problem, our team will be straight on the phone to you to provide further information and reassurance. We work closely with our warehouses to ensure that all deliveries are carried out as smoothly as possible. We don’t believe in leaving customers out of the delivery process, so we provide tracked delivery services on all of our products. If you have lost your tracking information, our team will be able to find it for you, meaning you can trace the progress of your product from when it leaves our warehouse to when it arrives at your door.
