This neck cover has been made with our Duraproof material, giving it a 10,000mm rating, making it fully waterproof. It can be used on any of our 5-point standard neck turnouts. Featuring double sided velcro attachments on the neck and 5 velcro fittings for the rug attachments. Making this neck cover fully functional and well secured.
